I love getting dressed up for dinner – half the fun for me is deciding on that perfect outfit! That, and the fact that Charlottesville Restaurant Week is coming up soon (and also discovering a chic ensemble on a mannequin at Bittersweet) inspired me to put together these looks. See the entire article at Suzy Said Charlottesville to find out where you can get these pieces.

So where’s everyone in Cville going for Restaurant Week? I’ll be checking out Horse & Hound Gastropub — I’m stoked about their menu (it has beer pairings with each course)!

Sooo cute! I’ll be going to Orzo…but I thought picking the restaurant was the hard part. No clue what I’ll wear! I’ve been meaning to get over to Bittersweet, this might just be the motivation I need!
Have a great time at Orzo! Bittersweet always has great stuff – definitely check them out.
I am not going out for restaurant week, but I am going to Clifton Inn tonight for their January Monday/Tuesday special pricing. Can’t wait
Getting dressed up for it…but I want those shows in the top picture darn it!
Clifton Inn sounds wonderful! Let us know if you get those shoes. I know that Scarpa loves hearing feedback/testimonials from their customers.
I forgot about restaurant week! I’ll have to see if my husband wants to try anywhere new. We’re in a restaurant rut, in which we always go to the same places.
I know what you mean. Horse & Hound is a new one from us, even though we’ve been living right across the street from it for 6 months now (sad!). Let us know what you ended up trying!
Horse and Hound is absolutely delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of their soups as an appetizer and they have an awesome beer selection. Hope you enjoy!
Good to hear! I’m really looking forward to it.
These are lovely. My favorite part about going out is dressing up too! I love to pick out something to wear for the evening!

Thanks! I know what you mean. Sometimes I just go somewhere as an excuse to dress up!
